Shelly Bush- Lead
vocals
Shelly is a native
of Missouri and spent her childhood singing in
church and school music competitions. She credits her love of music
to her parents who have spent many years driving her over 400,000
miles around the country to singing engagements.
While in high school Shelly won a guitar in a drawing from a local
music store so she learned a few chords and started writing songs.
In 1998 she graduated from college with a degree in Criminal Justice
and immediately moved to Nashville to pursue a
career in music. She has performed the national anthem at many
televised Nascar races and has opened the show for such artists as
Sarah Evans, Dwight Yoakam, Blake Shelton, and Trace Adkins.
Since 2000 Shelly has recorded 5 independent albums and on
the latest one she co-wrote every song.
She even had the pleasure of working with legendary producer
Barry Beckett.
Recently Shelly had a chart topping song called “The Note”
that stayed at number one for five weeks on the Roots Music Report.
